Real Estate Criteria
Bread Garden Urban Cafes can be found in both urban and suburban areas. All our sites have been strategically chosen for their high-traffic locations in shopping malls, shopping plazas, business districts or main thoroughfares. The size of the café varies between a 'small store' at 1700 sqf to a 'large store' at 3000 sqf. The sites are leased by Bread Garden and then subleased to the Franchisee.
The cafes themselves have a distinct European feel to them. Our design package is a fresh mix of earthen brick and dark wood finishings with stainless steel display cases and modern leather seating. We use high vaulted ceilings with glass window facades to bring a clean and light atmosphere even in the darkest days of winter.
