Licensing Agreement

Term Length:
  • 10 years or length of lease (not including option years)
License Payments:
  • On a weekly basis
  • 5% of net sales for royalties
  • 1.5% of net sales for advertising and marketing
Franchise Fee:
  • $50,000
  • Covers the right to own and operate a Bread Garden unit
  • Covers the use of the Bread Garden trade name, trademarks, recipes, décor package and manner of doing business.
